Upgraded: The "Palatesta Urban Wood" condominium was realised in Bologna, offering space for 24 residential units. The biggest challenge of this project was to realise the condominium in place of an existing building in the middle of Bologna's densely built-up city centre.
Architectural flair skilfully combined the old and new buildings and integrated the new condominium perfectly into its surroundings. Sustainability and energy saving were also a focus: this is ensured, among other things, by the timber construction, which provides effective insulation on the walls and in the loft.
