Wood-Hybrid Construction Munich

Living and working outside the gates of Munich

With HOKI Living, an innovation centre with housing, coffee shop and a day nursery is being built in Holzkirchen on the approximately 4,500 m² site between Industriestrasse and Rudolf-Diesel-Ring. The design comes from the renowned architectural firm steidle from Munich and, as an urban area, will form a lively interface between the industrial area and the town centre in the future.

The up to 5-storey buildings will be constructed in timber hybrid construction using a modular system. For housing, the KfW 40 efficiency house standard is aimed for, which means that the project meets today's requirements for economical and sustainable construction.
