Comfortable: In the province of Modena, LignoAlp has realised a modern single-family house in wood. The architectural concept focuses on sustainability and naturalness. The load-bearing structure of the 2-storey building was built using timber frame construction with wood fibre insulation.
The exterior walls were largely plastered, while part of the exterior wall on the entrance side was made as a ventilated façade and clad in stone. Natural materials and innovative technologies ensure the highest level of living comfort and a great deal of cosiness - a feeling of space that you can feel from day one - thanks to the dry construction method in wood.
