Modern: Quality and natural well-being - these were the needs of the owners of this idyllically located villa on the outskirts of Reggio Emilia.
The architecture of the building is characterised by modern but simple forms and the use of materials that emphasise the different functions and levels of the house. The upper floor with the residential unit has a plastered façade, while the sanitary rooms in the basement were clad with a ventilated tile façade. Only natural materials were used for the realisation: from the wood for the supporting structure to the wood fibre insulation materials and the interior cladding made of gypsum fibre.
